Monday – FAIR DAY

Tuesday – Marching rehearsal at the stadium (Clayton Harris clinician), 6pm-9pm

• 5:30pm – All percussion and tubas meet at the band hall to load truck
• 6pm – On the field for rehearsal

Wednesday – Marching rehearsal, 3:30pm-5:30pm

Thursday – Marching rehearsal, 3:30pm-5:30pm

Friday – Sunnyvale game at home

• 5:15pm – Call time (Drum line go to the stadium)
• 5:30pm – Drum line march in with the football team at the stadium.
• 5:30pm – Load the truck
• 6pm – Depart for the stadium
• 6:30pm – March in with Drill team
• 7:30pm – Game begins
• 10:30pm – Approximate return time

Saturday – RCMC

• 11am-12pm – rehearsal on the grid
• 12pm – quick lunch, load truck
• 1pm – depart for GCS
• 2pm – game starts, perform show in a rehearsal arc at halftime
• 4:15pm – depart for RCMC
• 5:30pm – warm up
• 6pm – Perform!
• 6:30pm – approximate return time
