- 6pm – Beginners warm up in the gym, middle school warm up in the band hall
- 6:30pm – Concert begins, middle school line up outside gym
- 6:45pm – Middle school perform, high school warm up in the band hall
- 7:05pm – High school move to the gym, jazz band perform
- 7:25pm – Middle school join the high school for the last song
- 7:30pm – Dismiss
